Return and Refund Policy
These policies apply to Sachiel Trading LLC, registered under the Department of Economic Development, UAE.
We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To request a return, please contact us at support@sachiel.co with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
